Aspire 4736Z Black Screen Fixed

This is the real experience when we have fixed the acer laptop Aspire 4736Z series that is black screen, still black screen using battery only or charger only and still black screen after clearing the CMOS battery. Before beginning my steps to fix this laptop please ensure some conditions below
1. Ensure that the DDR memory working well
2. Ensure that not component that looks like explode or there is former of explosion
3. No short circuit on any component, for example : Capacitors
4. Power button is function well
5. The charger unit working and no problems.
So, the steps to fix this laptop is below :
1. Open the case. Unplug the battery for first
2. Unplug the keyboard and followed by other casing
3. Unsolder or unplug the CMOS battery
4. Release the heat sink or processor cooler unit
5. Clean all dirt on the motherbaord using the brush
6. Heat the VGA chipset using heater blower or hair dryer. Repeat if necessary

The finally, wait until the VGA chipset almost cool and then try to turn ON the laptop. Base of my experience, this action will fix the Aspire 4736Z that is black screen, so the laptop will working again.
