How To Connect Laptop To Wifi

This is something that some people say very easy about how to connect laptop to wifi, but some others will say difficult. So here is we want to discuss about this topic.
1. First step to connect laptop to wifi is knowing status of the laptop wifi. Before connect the wifi we must know what status of the wifi of the laptop, active or no active, enable or disable. And we must active the wifi or enable it. Sure, action to active the wifi device are different for certain laptops. For example HP Compaq laptop, to active the wifi is by press and hold the Fn button of the keyboard and followed by pressing F12 key once, and the Wifi indicator showed with the white lamp on the F12 key.

And if we press the F12 again ( Fn key has pressed and hold ) so the Wifi will no active and shown with the orange lamp.

For other type of the laptop will different, you just need to find the Wifi icon on the keyboard keys.
2.  Connect to Wifi using the Wifi icon. After the Wifi active, you can see the Wifi Icon, right bottom of the desktop screen. Click these icon, if the any Wifi signal will appear there. For Windows XP if the Wifi signal not appear click View Wireless Networks.

Double clicks the Wifi signal that you want to connect, and if the Wifi protected by password just type and click Connect, so the laptop will connect to the Wifi and you can enjoy internet connection using the Wifi. For Windows 7 and 8 will more easy to connect laptop to Wifi signal.
