If the all keyboard keys not working
1. Turn OFF the laptop.
2. Turn ON and try to get into BIOS setup screen by press F10 or Delete or F2 or F1 depending of the type of the laptop just after press the power button. If this action success, indicated you can access BIOS setup screen and there are the keyboard working well, this mean that you need to re-install the OS of the laptop.
3. But if BIOS cannot access or in the BIOS screen some keys not working this mean you need to di the step 4.
4. Release the laptop keyboard. Strike using your fingers to all keys carefully.

5. If still not working i think you need to dis-assemble all keyboard keys.
If a keys pressed continuously without touching
1. If the laptop cannot boot and sounding the beep just press randomly some keys until get into Windows.
2. Open Notepad application ( or other ) to know what key that pressed. Or you can use the keyboard software to find these key. After found, release the key, look at the image below.

Finally, clean inside of the key using small brush or cotton buds slowly.
