Laptop Won't Turn Off

How to fix the laptop won't turn off is finding the causes of this problem for first. Many reason causing the laptop won't turn off including the corrupted operating system. If you use Windows XP for example, and the component of the system corrupted by viruses so the shutdown process will terminated before finish. If this happen please to follow the following steps :
1. When the shutdown jammed before finish, keyboard not responding and the laptop still ON, press and hold the power button until the laptop OFF.
2. Turn ON again and deep scan the driver where the OS installed using antivirus, usually is drive C
3. Try to turn off the laptop.
4. If the laptop still won't turn off, kill the laptop again and turn ON again. Copy all file from the C driver to other drive and re-install the operating system.
